By now you may have figured out that one of the largest blockers between you and successful AI integration isn’t really a technical challenge. Often, it’s a lack of trust, training, or maybe even confidence in the tools you’re rolling out. Those are people problems, and people problems are what we specialize in.
This panel brings together expert Organizational Psychologists working in tech. We’ll walk through key moments across the employee experience and surface where AI has created human friction. Through our case studies, leaders will walk away with the solutions to some common challenges and a better understanding of how to address the people problems facing their own organizations.
We’ll conclude with an open forum where the audience can bring forth their own people problems for our panelists to speak to.
