Michael Morgan

Michael Morgan is the Director of Planning & Insights, People Analytics at Ford Motor Company, a role he started in September 2024. He has nearly 20 years of experience, with a focus on workforce planning and forecasting for the last 6 years. He previously spent over 13 years at Deloitte Consulting as a part of the Human Capital Practice Workforce Transformation. His actuarial background includes roles at Deloitte, Rudd and Wisdom, and JPMorgan. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from the University of Michigan and completed a fellowship with the Society of Actuaries.

He is a NASA Research Fellow and is pursuing his Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University.

Danielle Wittorp leads the People Science function at Owens Corning. She joined Owens Corning in 2016 as their first HR analytics hire focused on reporting and metrics-sharing and has since grown the function into a team of expert strategic partners. Today, People Science encompasses employee listening and research, workforce analytics and insights, and employee assessments. She has her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from San Francisco State University and lives in Dearborn, Michigan.
