Alex Monahan is a developer advocate at MotherDuck. Previously, Alex served as a MotherDuck customer software engineer and a contributing blogger for DuckDB Labs. Before joining MotherDuck, Alex spent nine years at Intel, moving from industrial engineer to data scientist. In 2020 Alex discovered DuckDB, became a huge fan, and has been diving deeper into Duck-themed databases ever since. Beyond work, you’ll find Alex jumping on trampolines and going on adventures with his daughter Adeline and wife Christy.
